Holy Family Diocesan High School in South Huntington was such a great school. I have a bunch of wonderful memories of it. It was really sad to hear that it had been sold and its tradition would not go on. When this page loads up you will automatically hear our school song. The song you are listening to is the Holy Family Football "Charger" Song. It was played at all the football games. This song cannot be heard in the Firefox browser-Use Microsoft Internet Explorer instead.
Every once in a while I search the net to see if there is any info on the school. Occasionally someone's resume has the name on it and I get to hear a tidbit about a particular individual. For some unknown reason I have this great desire to hear more, especially if the info pertains to a class reunion. Unfortunately there is not much about us on the net. This is why, I am asking anyone who finds this site to send me an e-mail and say hello. Maybe I know you. Tell me your news. My name is Don Ladolcetta. I am from the class of 73. I was active in the band, orchestra, drama club, chess club etc. I grew up in Deer Park, NY and went on to college at St. John's University in Jamaica. In 1976 I moved to Ft. Lauderdale and have been here since. I am married, have 2 boys 17 and 14, active in Boy Scouts and Church (St. Maurice Catholic Church in Hollywood, Fl.). I am in business for myself as I am now a CPA and I have a home based accounting practice. Life has been pretty good.

I would also like the words to the Charger Football Fight song. If you want a copy of the "Charger" song it is called Charger.mid and by virtue of your visit to this site it can now be found on your PC in your temporary internet files. There is a great web site called holyfamilyhighschool.net which is run by a fellow alum. There are a lot of messages from other HF people and news. You should click the link to get to it.
