If you prefer to do your own work using the newest technology in hardware and software, we can guide you in the selection of your systems, install them, set up your accounting software and system and instruct you or your staff on how to perform these tasks on your own. This is an important need that many PC users fail to perceive and they eventually suffer later when they discover that they have been performing the computerized functions incorrectly
We also have a service for customers that are sophisticated enough to use but need a CPA to review their work product so that all the numbers follow proper accounting procedures. They also want to make sure that their payroll and sales information is properly prepared so they will stay in compliance with payroll and sales tax requirements.

These customers who have prepared their Quickbooks file use our firms service via the net. They send their Quickbooks file by e-mail (postal, courier, and personal delivery works too) to our accounting office. We then review the file and either suggest changes or make the file changes ourselves and then we send the file back to the client so that all the entry corrections are completed in time for the client to resume his in-house accounting activities.

The process includes Bank Reconcilement by our firm followed by our instructions to the client on what and how to pay their payroll and sales taxes. We also point out areas of improvement and vital report details so that the customer can make his business better. The work is done efficiently and at a reasonable price, without the customer losing control.
